Corporation Funds Management Research

With the development of economics globalization, Group Company hasbeen one of the most important powers in the economic activities. It has beenthe hottest issue in the academic discussion about how to run Group Companyeffectively and efficiently. After the philosophies of "production oriented"and "market oriented" in the company management activity, "financialactivity oriented" philosophy has been more and more accepted by bothacademic researcher and business managers. Capital is the blood of anycompany, it involves in the whole process of production cycle, such as rawmaterial purchasing, goods production, product selling, calling back of money.So capital is center of financial management. Whether Group Company couldshow its synergy effect is closely related to capital management model andmanagement efficiency. So this dissertation chooses Group Company capitalmanagement as the research object, in order to provide some usefulsuggestions to Group Company's capital management. First of all, we will make it clear what is Group Company and its maincharacteristics and types. Then we will introduce the principles and models offinancial management in Group Company. Afterwards, we will come to theking point of financial management---capital management, including themanagement models and analysis of their cons and pros. Consider thedevelopment condition of Group Company at present, we will provide thetheological support to choose the right model. Furthermore, informationtechnology's development also make it more convenient to manage capital,we try to establish capital management model for IT era.
