The Research On The Funds Centralized Management Of Dongfeng Motor Company Limited

The thesis bases on the funds administration of Dongfeng Motor Company Limited(DFL) .After analyzing the backgrounds of the funds centralized management of DFL,the author describes some different notions of the funds centralized administration to filial and subsidiary. Then he detailedly analyzes the structure and performance evaluation of funds centralized administrative model of DFL. It will benefit for increasing funds public of the enterprise,improving using efficiency of the funds,decreasing financial cost of the enterprise. It gives a good support to realize the middle stage for the project of the enterprise. To enhance funds administration, we should set up a full system of enterprise funds centralized administration. The author advices to build up a set of advanced funds control system for DFL.It includes funds budget control system,working capital administrative system,financing risk administrative system,financial institutional system,fund KPI examining system. He hopes totally controlling of the funds in the DFL by this method. Finally, the author gives some forward prospects in funds centralized management of DFL.There are too many factors in the funds centralized administration, so it is too difficult to say it clearly in just one word. The author only studies on the funds administration of DFL,more problems will be discussed further.
