| As the pillar of country economy, enterprise group who has many advantages of enterprise organize forms, is an advanced organization. It can promote enterprise organize form and managing mechanism to rationalization; it has important effect on adjusting and upgrading industry structure;additionally enterprise group is the elite strength in developing export-oriented economy, standing for international competing power of a country. But with enterprise group's size expanding gradually, organize structure becomes more and more complicated and internal management in enterprise group becomes very difficult. The problem on financial management in enterprise group is a difficult problem on internal management, which puzzled many enterprise group.This paper provides an illustrative showing that how to resolve the problem existing in the theories and practice,aiming at exploring how to choose the correct model of fund management in order to apply the significance of fund management in financial management and business management. This article is illustrated by the following several aspects. In Chapter 1, the research background , framework of this paper are described. In Chapter 2, namely, some concepts and theoretical analysis related to enterprise groups and fund management are done. In Chapter 3, First of all, describe the reasons why enterprise groups are inclined to choose the centralized management model. Then, the five models of centralized management of fund are illustrated in detail and analyzed and compared from different angles, in order to enable enterprise groups a more thorough understanding of these five management models,and then make the right choice. In Chapter 4, illsustrate the issues should be considered in choice of funds management, try to provide the basis for the choice of fund management model in terms of organizational structure of enterprises,stage of development and contents of fund management, and offer several better options for funds management. |
