Project Management Is The Establishment Of The Enterprise, Investment In Vocational Schools

Under the rapidly change marketing environment, project management has become the powerful support of the healthy development of an industry and it also will become trend of long-time organization management in the future. This text combines the fact that S school has invested to establish a school-run enterprise with the project of HB Company and apply project management method to the HB project, which through analysis the successful experience of the enterprises at home and abroad. Firstly, the article begins with the choosing of the organization structure of HB project and put emphasis on the introduction of the project schedule process. After analyzing the project conditions, the author makes a work breakdown structure chart to explain the dependence of the project schedule and makes a plan to bring the HB project into effect and tells us how to control the project by using the Gantt chart. Secondly, it introduces to us how to control the human resources, project cost, project quality and project communication by taking measure of the system. At last, the author summarizes the experience of project management (project management method, project human resources management, project progress management, project quality management and project communication management, etc.) applying to the actual work, which through analyzing the result of the project management application to HB Project.
