The system of family firm is a kind of old and effective enterprise system, occupying the important position worldwide, the private family firm is occupying the outstanding position in the development of our country's economy too. Accompanied by the sustained and rapid development of our national economy, the family firm is becoming the focus that the circle of theory and the whole society pay close attention to progressively.To the future of family firm, academia's view is different. Someone thinks that the family firm is a kind of enterprise organizational form falling behind, the professional manager that must change familial office procedure into under the modern enterprise system manages; Other people think market improve, legal system system imperfect, society generally believe in the situation lacked in present of our country professional manager, it is unrealistic to require all of family firms to transform to modern enterprises in fact dogmatically, violate the objective social law too.This paper thinks, though the family firm adapts to the particular social and economic environment on the initial stage of establishing demonstrate the strong vitality. But growth to accompany by enterprise strengthens, some question begins, expose and become enterprise yoke of development too, the most outstanding one is the human resources question, this is an irrefutable fact. So how to cultivate, choose talents, reduce the brain drain, improve the composition of trained personnel effectively, have already become one of the important issues badly in need of solution of family firm.This paper consulting a large amount of documents and materials at first, produce to family firm background, problem that management develops and faces summarize, combine relevant theories, the family manages importance and certainty improved after explaining, instruct the family firm to combine one's own advantage and advanced theory organically, in order to develop in a healthy way continuously.Then, on the basis of summarizing the traditional telants selecting method of family firm and evaluation and rating index system shortcoming, the talents of post-family's management select for use and evaluation and rating mechanism after further introducing in detail, and dissect indexes such as loyalty degree and quality ability cared about most at the time of the telants selecting of family firm, etc. thoroughly.Finally, think of family firm unique personnel structure, demand for talent, social law and cultural environment,etc,try to establish post-family evaluation and rating index system . After establishing the system of preliminary index, giving a example about one company used the index system, probe into index selecting for use and corresponding weight distribution of this system,and propose different enterprises should follow the actual demand, revise index adjustment and weight.After the theory analysis and practice use, this paper points out, establishing evaluation and rating index system is a complicated system at the same time. Because of short time of preparation, ability limited, the post-family evaluation and rating inde system of this paper is only one elementary model, and the index is chosen still taking with a lot of respects completely, and concrete enterprises should treat specifically even more.
