The performance appraisal is one of the fundamental content in Human Resource Management system, It is the important method to make enterprise staffs display the subjective initiative and realize the department and enterprise's goal. In enterprise management practice, The performance appraisal is a very complicated and difficulty work. A lot of enterprise is short of the entirely and scientise performance appraisal at present the Employee's enthusiasm is reduced and employee's turnover becomes more and more grave, which makes the enterprises loss much. Therefore, in the days paying more attention to Human Resource Management, It is the important content in HRM system to make a entirely and scientise performance appraisal.Basing on the theory and method about the performance appraisal at home and abroad The thesis reveals out the main problems in The performance appraisal by analizing the current situation of YuanDu company in WeiFang. From purpose, principle, period, putting, process, reback of the result, Revise and perfect original performance appraisal system all aroud to make the PA run through the entire manage process such as in advance, in the thing with and after the event, which makes the PA became a entire performance Management system. Through the method of expert synthetically mind storm and pairing to establish the index system. According to the rule of the key index the thesis suggest that the performance, attitude and ability of work are the key indexes. It is suitable to adopt different index for different employee. The case adoptted in the paper has some universality so that the result of this paper shows the values of reference and extendense for the medium-sized and small enterprises.
