With the quickening of economic globalization and the intensification of international market competition, how to face challenge and opportunity in international market competition and how to enhance core competitiveness through management innovation is the major subject that needs to be addressed in current management. Operation flow reconstruction is the new trend in enterprise management and the third-time revolution of management. Jiuda Group plans to promote its core competitiveness through operation floe reconstruction. The author has participated in the investigation, study and scheme design of operation flow reconstruction of Jiuda Group, so this study provides valuable reference to the implementation of operation flow reconstruction both in Jiuda Group and salt industry emprises groups in China.This paper covers four chapters. In the first chapter, through analysis on international and domestic environment that Jiuda Group is facing, this paper specifies opportunities and challenges that Iuda encounters. With modern management theory and the fundamental theory and content of operation flow reconstruction, this paper elaborates the significance of implementing operation flow reconstruction in Jiuda Group. In the second chapter, through analysis on the current situation and advantages and disadvantages of Jiuda Group and in combination with the strategy orientation, it discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing operation flow reconstruction from the point of view of strategy management. The third chapter focuses on the scheme design and content of operation flow reconstruction. With new management system and key operation flow designed with management theory, this paper puts forward implementation steps in each phases and its coordinated measures. The fourth chapter predicts effect of operation flow reconstruction in Jiuda Group. Based on possible risks that may arise in operation flow reconstruction, it proposes control measures and draw conclusions.In combination with practice in Jiuda Group and with theory and method of modern management and management flow design, this paper makes certain innovation and puts forward new point of view in such key reconstruction as establishing dumbbell-shaped organization structure and marketing system in enterprise group etc. However, there is still some flaw in the flow reconstruction scheme of Jiuda Group which needs to be adjusted and intensified during implementation.
