Our country' s enterprises are faced with the unprecedented competition pressure from domestic and abroad, with globalization and the improvement. Merger is a necessary road our enterprise must go. But with the development of enterprise, some management problems have become serious. Just as it's so difficoult to get finace information. So the study of the information system of group enterprise is very useful to develop enterprise competition.This paper thoroughly researches the problem of FIOM, on the basis of the latest results referred to by the domestic and international experts, by taking the method of combining theory with practice. Firstly, the change of the economic environment, the requirement of FIOM and the present condition of FIOM are analyzed, and the correlative problem of FIOM is discussed in-depth. Subsequently, this paper focuses on studying the theory of according finance with operation, complete budget management, dynamic control of capital and business process reengineering. At Finally ,I research our company's experience of finance information progress. Try to find some problem and the way how to solve these problem.In our view, finance information system is just a tool to improve management standard of enterprise, but it is based on a good management system. We want to find a way to effectively improve the information standard of enterprise based on the reality .
