Study On Total Budget Management Of P Company Based On The Integration Of Business And Finance

The rapid development of information technology and globalization has submitted higher demands for management levels and financial management capabilities of Chinese firms.Study the theory and practical application of full-scale budget management,introduce the concept of industrial finance integration,optimize this technology and help develop the management of Chinese companies.This thesis presents the concept and theoretical basis of the integration of Industrial Finance and total budgetary management,and selects the P company as an example of case analysis and field research.This thesis describes the current state of financial integration of the P company in terms of the financial common center,the ecology of the information system,the role of the financial representative and the current situation of the total budget management of P company from three aspects of budget content,structure,organization method,implementation.The management philosophy of integrated industrial finance is introduced to optimize the overall budget system of the P company.The problems that exist include the lack of financial management systems,the single budget management goal,the lack of budget management information structure.There are problems such as the relative separation of production and finance,the effective control of budget enforcement and lack of coordination,budget assessment and encouragement mechanisms.This thesis proposes several proposals to optimize the overall budget management system for fusion,such as establishment of a financial management team,realization of balanced multidimensional goals and a financial management bank.Budget information strengthens the construction of basic facilities,promotes joint participation in industry and finance,enhances flexibility of budget enforcement,and sets performance evaluation index with the integration of business and finance.This thesis combines industry finance and budgeting and discusses how companies utilize the overall budget management tools more effectively.The theoretical research on how to improve the overall budget management is enriched by the day,and this case also suggests the construction of the full-scale budget management system based on the industrial finance unification of Chinese enterprises.
