Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,township finance,as the most basic Department of five-level finance in China,plays an important role in the rational allocation of financial funds and the promotion of Rural Revitalization and development.With the deepening of the reform of public financial management in China,great changes have taken place in the original environment of township financial management,resulting in some new situations in the township financial management.The quality of township financial management is directly related to the vital interests of township people,and also affects the five level financial management system in China.To study the Countermeasures of township financial management is conducive to improving the level of township financial management in city a,promoting the accelerated development of township undertakings in city a,and contributing to the promotion of Rural Revitalization.This paper focuses on the grass-roots township financial management,taking the township finance of city a as the research object,on the basis of clarifying the basic concepts of the township financial management,investigates and studies the situation of the township financial management of city a,using the literature research method,empirical research method,investigation and interview method from the aspects of budget and final account management,budget implementation efficiency,financial supervision system,and financial balance This paper analyzes the current situation of township financial management in city a,finds out the problems existing in the township financial management,that is,the project budget is not reasonable,the budget implementation efficiency is not high,there are loopholes in fund supervision,and the financial revenue and expenditure is not balanced,and analyzes the reasons for the problems as follows: the budget management system is not perfect,the quality of township financial staff is not high,and there is no effective financial supervision,The financial resources of villages and towns are limited.On this basis,the paper proposes several ways to further optimize the township financial management,such as improving the township budget and final accounts management system,improving the professional quality of township financial personnel,improving the township financial supervision system,and releasing the township financial autonomy.
