Learning in the era of knowledge economy is the foundation of the survival and development of enterprises, the establishment of the learning organization, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an inevitable trend.This paper takes AH company as the research object to explore how to construct AH company’s learning organization so as to improve its core competitiveness by the angle of enterprise strategic management theory, learning organization theory and knowledge management theory. A basic idea of this study is first to set forth the basic ideas of the learning organization theory, then we discuss the challenges faced by AH company and the importance of constructing the learning organization. Based on this, an overall framework is designed for learning organization so as to establish a set of security measures. Through correlation analysis, we draw the following conclusions:Firstly, AH company faces challenges in the development of the industry. Without carrying out technical innovation and learning, it is difficult to gain a foothold in the market. In the analysis of the opportunities and challenges, the advantages and disadvantages of AH company, it is believed that AH company has the necessity and possibility of establishing learning organization.Secondly, AH company needs to design an overall framework and set a goal for the learning organization, by creating a learning culture atmosphere, constructing to the system of training and learning as well as information support system and so on to provide safeguards for AH company’s learning organization.Thirdly, based on the foundation and development demand for AH company, an overall thought and operational suggestion, which is, to make the company a faster and better transition to the learning organization is raised. It is hoped that this suggestion can benefit to the company, and at the same time can also serve as a reference for relevant enterprises.
