After experiencing a golden decade,the domestic construction equipment industry has ushered in industry changes.Under the triple background of the country’s overall economic situation,digitalization of information and electrification of new energy sources,the development of the construction equipment industry has faced greater challenges than ever before,and the competition within the industry has become more intense.As a company whose main business is new product development,the most important challenge the company facing is how to take advantage of its own innovation to achieve sustainable development.In the current background of unprecedented challenges and competition,talents are the most fundamental competitiveness for an enterprise.As an important part of human resource management,training is generally considered to be the most important method for a company to cultivate talents,which can provide impetus for the company’s sustainable development.This paper will take J Engineering Machinery Company as the research object,through the theoretical research on learning organization and training theory,and on the basis of literature research,deeply analyze the business status,human resources status and training system status of J Company,based on raise questions,analyze problems and research methods to solve problems,analyze the problems existing in the training system of J company,and provide relevant improvement and optimization suggestions for the optimization of the company’s training system from the perspective of learning organization.Based on this research idea,this paper first systematically sorts out the literature related to two aspects of research,one is related to training theory,and the other is related to learning organization,and extracts the key theories guiding this research,namely the fifth practice of learning organization and the theory of system layer,resource layer,operation layer of enterprise training system.To grasp the current situation of J company’s training management system,this paper analyzes the company situation,human resources situation and training management system situation.Then,based on literature research,it uses questionnaire method to make a targeted analysis of the company’s training management work.The problem was investigated.Through the statistics of the survey results,the comprehensive opinions and suggestions summarize the problems existing in the company’s training management system.At the same time,using the interview method,we conducted in-depth discussions with the interviewees on relevant issues and suggestions,and then explored the causes of the problems and collected more suggestions,summarizing six major problems in the training management system of J Company.Finally,it puts forward five strategies for optimizing the training management system of J company and discusses the effective guaranteed measures to realize the optimization strategy.The study of this paper puts the training management work under the perspective of learning organization,which has made some innovations,but there are also great deficiencies.Through the research of this paper,hoping to help J Company solve some of the training management problems that need to be solved urgently,and provide new ideas for the company’s talent development,to realize the company’s sustainable development.At the same time,I hope that the guiding practice of the concept of learning organization for training in this paper can provide some reference and reference for the development of learning organization and training theory.
