This paper puts forward the study background at first based on the reality of the building of Learning Organization and Training Implementation. The problems existing during the courses are also pointed out and the meaning to select the study subject is deduced.The second part of the article discusses what the Learning Organization (LO) means deeply. The author points out the 5 necessary skills LO should have and main characteristics. Then the reasons to be LO are analyzed. The part also talks about the way to create LO. Finally, the paper discusses how to evaluate the Learning team during the part.The paper talks about the importance of setting up of systematic training frame firstly in the third partThe fourth part analyzes the training steps, such as training needs investigation, courses designing and result evaluation during the third part.In the last part, the paper gives out the meaning of self-instructed learning firstly and lists the main characteristics of it, comparing with the traditional training. Then implementation of learning is introduced with real examples. Finally, the role change of trainers in a company is pointed out, from a trainer to a facilitator. No too much theory. Abundant practice examples with forms are for trainers references in a company.
