Emergency supplies for emergency response network is one of the most important part of a logistics system, When a country or region of major natural disasters or emergencies, if the emergency logistics network security properly, they can reduce losses and hazards, emergency logistics is mainly directed against unexpected events taken by the logistics activities, so emergency logistics system itself carrying out emergency safeguard activities, is also likely to experience attacks of sudden random events, if the emergency logistics network is inadequate, or in case of unexpected events, do not have the self-organization, self-healing ability that do not have the strong robustness, then this country or region will be experiencing again after experiencing unexpected events "second catastrophe" (referring to the incident due to sudden, emergency supplies can not be timely distribution to the people in the hands of trigger social unrest, etc.). Because so far, with regard to incidents under the emergency logistics network robustness problem in China is still not conducted a special study, therefore, the topic selected for this study the issue.This topic will review domestic and international emergency response logistics, logistics network and robustness of the relevant research based on the results, combined with a broad evolutionary thinking, by building robust emergency logistics network model and simulation analysis of emergency response through the logistics network by randomly interference, and network communication between each node smooth and the poor circumstances, stability, robustness and performance robustness of the performance and follow the statistical variation. Sought for the actual conduct of emergency logistics network robustness analysis, to enhance its anti-jamming capability, to enhance its robustness study to provide some ideas.
