| Nowadays, the theories and methods of R&D project management have not yet been applied widely, maturely and systematically in the new products R&D projects in Chinese companies, especially for the R&D projects about high-tech products, such as electronics chemicals which were referred in this study.S company is a technology-oriented high-tech company, specializing in R&D, production, sales and services of electronics chemicals and relevant equipment for surface processing, providing services in the high-tech fileds including electronics, semiconductor manufacture and encapsulation and aerospace industry.This study researched on the optimization of R&D project management in S company. Through combining the analysis of the R&D organization, process, plan and control management in Sinyang with the R&D project management theory and experiences at home and abroad, a R&D project management system, suitable for the strategy development of Sinyang, was planned and constructeds.The construction of the R&D project management system in S company is based on the principle which is process-centered, market-oriented and concerns about the qulity, cost, progress and material utilization. This system keeps the R&D process as its core, organization mode as its foundation, human resource as its support, project management methods as its tools. This study designed the concrete optimum proposal from four aspects respectively. Implementation Methods were worked out according to the proposal. Through the effective construction and implementation of R&D project management system, the strategic R&D project about electronics chemicals is accomplished more efficiently and with higher qulity, which bring more economic benefit for out company and contribute to breaking foreign companies'technology monopoly and localizing electronics chemicals. Meanwhile, this study provides instruction and reference to R&D project management in the field of electronics chemialcs. |
