Strategy A Company's Organizational Structure And Process Optimization

The State implemented the Manufacturing Power,put forward the Industrial 4.0 Strategy and the Manufacturing Strategy of China 2025.China has ushered in a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.Military manufacturing itself is in the highland of the world equipment manufacturing industry.It is the frontier manufacturing field with advanced technology and high fusion.At present,China's manufacturing industry is facing a rare opportunity for development.How to adapt to the future environment is a problem that enterprises must face.Company A is engaged in the military products business,mechatronics equipment,industrial equipment manufacturing and other industries.It has practiced the spirit of manned aerospace in the marketing,research and development design,manufacturing,and after-sales service.In recent years,it has mainly assumed the Chang 5,Chang 7 series of ground products,training bombs and other design and production tasks.Its hood products and services cover more than 90 cigarette factories and more than 60 beat-leaf and redrying plants all over Taiwan and Tibet.They have a good reputation in the tobacco industry and have made tremendous contributions to China's manufacturing industry.But through the in-depth investigation of Company A,we find that there are some problems in internal communication,market transformation and so on.This article through the relevant literature analysis and collation,as well as to the internal staff and the customer interview result analysis,The optimization scheme is put forward.Taking the process of the subsidiary company as an example,the optimization design was carried out to update the equipment,implement the talent incentive mechanism that matches the market,implement a more effective assessment system,outsource the non-core process,and adjust the functions of the department.On this basis,the organizational structure has also been optimized,that is,follow the original organizational structure,the original project development department,planning and scheduling department canceled,the establishment of a new business unit,the introduction of OA collaborative office platform.The author hopes to promote the development of the company through the optimization of the organization and process of company A and contribute to the manufacturing of the motherland.At the same time,I hope this paper will also benefit other companies.
