Since the 1980 s, with the rapid development of science and technology, the globalization and informatization of economic, the external environment has undergone fundamental changes and companies competition is more and more fierce. Changes in the market will firstly lead to changes in the process, then the reaction will be suited to the organizational structure, therefore the organizational structure must be adjusted after process changing so that they can fit each other. Thus, the process-based organization structural design is one of the hot issues in business management studies in recent years, with business process as the research center, the speed to meet customer’s demand as the fundamental objective and the business processes would be sorted out and redesigned, and based on these adjusting organizational structure to adapt to the implementation of the new process, strengthen the organization and control the degree of order.In this paper, Techson is object in the research. First, sort out the research status of process reengineering and organizational structure and outline the overview of the process management and organization theory which lays the theoretical and methodological basis for the study of the text after. Secondly, based on the basic situation of Techson company, analysis of present situation and existing problems of its organizational structure, and discusse the necessity and feasibility of the change based on the organizational structure of process optimization. Then, from Techson’s value chain, analyze the process which has low efficiency and low effectiveness and urgent needed to improve, and then use the method ESIA to optimize the design the process and analysis the advantages of the improved process. Later design Techson’s new organizational structure accroding to the optimized process, and explain the advantages of the new organizational structure. Finally, describe the method to implement the new organizational structure effectively implementation, the safeguard mechanisms and impact evaluation.Based on my one-year’s internship at Techson company, research and study. I wish I could use the relevant theories and methods and try my best to solve the problems that Techson is facing currently, so that it could reach the needs to promote transformation rapidly and growth.
