| The practice of enterprise development has shown that,with the development and growth of an enterprise,in order to gain an advantage in industry competition,it is not only necessary to have sufficient human,financial,and material resources,but also to effectively use these resources.A reasonable organizational structure can ensure efficient operation between internal departments of the enterprise and fully leverage the company’s advantages.By optimizing the organizational structure,clarifying the responsibilities of each department,sorting out the relationships between departments,coordinating the synergy between various parts,and ensuring the stability of the entire organization.Reasonable allocation of organizational levels and responsibilities can clarify the relationship between management and employees,provide sufficient room for management to maneuver,and make management more efficient.In the early stages of the development of most private enterprises,the organizational structure is based on the phased structure of business expansion,without clear development strategies and goals.The organizational structure is not scientifically and reasonably set,resulting in incomplete organizational structure and a lack of sound decision-making methods and effective operating mechanisms in business processes.When the allocation of power and responsibility is not appropriate,it is easy to have repetition and confusion after the instructions are issued,and communication between departments is not smooth,each acting independently,resulting in low efficiency.Therefore,when a company reaches a certain stage of development,managers must reconsider and optimize the organizational structure to make the structure,system,and management most suitable for achieving the company’s long-term strategic and business goals.Based on this,this article adopts literature research and case analysis methods to analyze and study the organizational structure of S Company,a diversified private enterprise.The specific steps are as follows: Firstly,it introduces the research history and current situation of enterprise organizational optimization at home and abroad.Secondly,an overview of organizational design theory and organizational change theory was provided,providing a theoretical framework for further research.Thirdly,select Company S as the research object to study the company and its existing organizational structure,and analyze the main issues of the existing organizational structure.Analyzed the reasons for the lack of communication among functional departments,unscientific personnel allocation and job setting,insufficient understanding of performance evaluation,and insufficient decentralization of functional department management in the organizational structure design of Company S.Fourthly,propose an organizational structure optimization plan for Company S,analyze it using organizational change theory,propose principles,steps,and strategies for optimization implementation.Fifth,propose safeguard measures from the cover of organizational mechanisms,corporate culture,target implementation management,information technology support,etc.This article discusses the principles and influencing factors of formulating organizational structure optimization plans from a theoretical perspective,as well as the implementation steps and guarantee measures of organizational structure optimization plans.It enriches cases of diversified development of private enterprise organizational structure optimization.From a practical perspective,this study can mainly provide suggestions for the organizational structure of companies,enabling them to operate effectively and increase their competitiveness in the market.It also provides reference for enterprises and has certain practical significance. |
