A Study On Quality Management Of Nuclear Power Station Construction

Dr. Joseph H.Juran, the famous Quality Management expert in the world, once pointed out that"20 century is the century of productivity, 21 century is the century of quality". It is obvious that the quality management is very important in project management.On the basis of foreign and domestic literature, this article discusses and studies the QM system building and key tache above the case of QM of Ling'ao PhaseⅠ, and also combines with current QM theory.First of all,it begins with the quality basic concepts, and summarizes the formation and development of QM theory. It mainly analysis'the formation process, characteristics and infection factors of engineering project quality. Also it studies the setting up of engineering project quality control system and stat. method in common use, puts forward the importance of setting up the QC system and the key tache of QM.Secondly,it studies on the QM basic theory of nuclear engineering, sums up from the formation of QM theory of nuclear power station, the relationship among Quality, Safety, Schedule and Cost of nuclear power station to QM gist and basic theory of nuclear power plants, mainly on setting up of QM system, and also studies and analysis'the main QM activities of nuclear power station.Thirdly,it introduces the implement process and method including QM system's setting up and TQM & control of construction of this project on the basis of the practice of Ling'ao PhaseⅠ.Finally,sums up the thesis, there are lots of uses for reference and extend of multiple / defense in depth of QM system on sets up and implementation can be found in the process of QM system of nuclear power station. Meanwhile, one of the successful experiences of QM in Ling'ao phase I is, the set up of QM system of the entire process, the others are effective supervision and verification and the QM culture of whole members'participant.
