Leisure dining in our country has a long history. With the rapid economic development of our country and the ascent of people's life, people's demand for leisure diet are more and more. In this environment and premise, Baidu Barbecue is developing as a new fashion model catering enterprises rapidly. From the development of Baidu Barbecue, we can see that it lasts the typical operating mode- chain operation, and achieved good effect in a short time. Because of its accurate location and the well time getting into the marketing, it got a rapid expansion. This research is mainly for the marketing strategy on Baidu Barbecue. In this issue, the author analyzing the current operation mode of the chain catering enterprises, and through the analysis on Baidu Barbecue company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as an chain catering enterprises, clearing its market positioning and market segments. Finally, I got the Baidu Barbecue company's marketing strategy, product innovation strategy, price strategy, sales channel strategy, promotion strategy, service strategy. At the same time, author studied the supporting measures for Baidu Barbecue Company's Chain operation, including the supply chain management, logistics management, human resources management system's construction and management system's implementation.
