In recent years, electronic commerce has experienced rapid development and gradually become social hot topic; "Internet+" has been written into the government work report; mass entrepreneurship and innovation has become a new engine fueling Chinas economic growth. Internet economy plays a very important role in China’s economic.The research object of this paper is Baidu promotion. Author Obtained information from Anhui IBW Co., Ltd. Several methods are used to study the topic-studding documentary research, site visits, expert interview and comparatively research. This paper analyzes the marketing strategy of Baidu promotion macro environment and micro environment with PEST and SWOT analysis models; summarizes product, price, place, promotion strategy of Baidu promotion with 4P theory.The author believes that the biggest advantage of Baidu promotion is that Baidu has a high market share and a large number of search users. The future of Baidu promotion is also facing greater threats, such as growth from competitors, easy to copy model and customer’s higher pursuit. The author’s suggestion is that Baidu promotion should avoid weaknesses, integrate the promotion bit, open price mechanism, substantive review of the promotion of content and take legal promotion.
