With the acceleration of globalizing economy, competitions among corporations worldwide are more severe. Performance management aims to mobilize employees' enthusiasm and innovation, boost corporations' competitive advantage to achieve strategic goal.This article is to discuss that how to design and build performance management system on the basis of realizing SGMW strategy. Firstly, analyze performance management development and the application of related theory, method, tool and their advantage & disadvantage, bring out the point that effective performance management must utilize several performance management methods according to company's actuality. Then, contacting fact, analyze and figure out problems between SGMW current performance management and company strategy. Based on these analyses, apply performance management methods such as balanced scorecard, management by objectives, business plan deployment and key performance indicators, design SGMW performance metrics system, design SGMW performance management system in two aspects of team performance management and employee performance management, integrate performance management and organization operation.This research closely contact with company's actuality, theoretically refine essence and mechanism of team performance management and employee performance management, and summarize performance management operation method from the facts. In some degree, enrich and develop performance management theory and system, possess meaning in theory and actual operation.
