Performance appraisal of the positive role very much, but if the evaluation work will not strike a balance between the actual characteristics will easily lead to major traps, and even negative effects.Through careful and conscientious research and analysis, I found in the staff of the assessment, the traditional methods were not meet the needs of personnel management. Between this and should be actively develop to the actual performance appraisal of performance management system, standardize and improve process performance appraisal of the content and methods and gradually the whole system of performance management, enhancing the evaluation of the new model strategies leading to achieve the goal of their vitality. From the performance appraisal system development and application, combining PICC of Liangshan branch realities, to use java language and mysql database, developed the company's performance appraisal system. The system in general extend and use in practical management in 2009,and the construction of the work was important for evaluation mechanism, new vitality into the evaluation work out general, comprehensive promotion of the assessment and evaluation of quality, develop effective evaluation and motivation. The performance appraisal system is preliminary to find out more successfully, with a fine company and the development of the requirements, there are certain gap, such as the assessment criteria should be further refined to enhance the assessment of scientific; the assessment needs to be content with the company's future development strategy and more closely together to ensure that staff of the outstanding performance can effectively improve management standards branch; the result of the assessment needs further analysis and enhance the assessment of the system, and so on.
