Performance appraisal,as a core component of enterprise human resources management,is the important tool to improve the performance of enterprises and employees,as well as the important basis for employees' awards,promotion and training work.Through the analysis on current situation of performance appraisal of engineering designers from K Company,putting forward optimized design scheme targetedly could be of great referential significance in enterprise development and maintaining the stability of the engineering design team.In the process of research on performance appraisal system of engineering designers of K Company,method of combining theoretical research and practice is taken in this thesis,and on the basis of sufficient investigation and research,analysis and research on performance appraisal system of engineering designers of K Company are carried out.Based on the investigation and research on K Company,to analyze the work characteristics of designers of different levels and with different work experience,comprehensively apply performance appraisal methods,such as BSC(balanced score card)method,MBO(management by objectives)method,KPI(key performance indicator),AHP(analytic hierarchy process)method etc,adhere to the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,make a distinction between the designers with different levels and experience,and design different indicators and weights for the designers of different levels,so as to make the optimized performance appraisal indicators more targeted and operational.
