Currently,China's social development has entered a new era.Economic development has presented new characteristics.Domestic insurance companies face not only competition in the same industry,but also competition among other financial institutions.Under the increasingly severe environment,the competition focus of insurance enterprises has gradually shifted from services,products and prices to the competition of talents.Effective management of personnel has become the key factor to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the above,this paper will take PICC C branch as an example to study the optimization of the performance appraisal system of the administrative staff,which plays a key role in enterprise development.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,case study,questionnaire investigation and interview to analyze the optimization of the management performance appraisal system of PICC C branch.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows.Firstly,based on the summary of the current research at home and abroad,the concepts of department management post,performance appraisal and performance appraisal system are defined,and the methods and contents of department management post performance appraisal are introduced.Secondly,this paper analyzes the present situation of the department management post performance appraisal system,and analyzes the problems in the operation of the system.The whole company is not fully aware of the performance appraisal work,there is controversy about the content of the assessment,the implementation of the assessment is not smooth,the assessment is unfair and the application of the assessment results is limited.The main reason of these problems is that the content design of the examination is unreasonable.Implementation is not suitable for operation;Lack of feedback mechanisms;The result of the examination is not applied properly.Thirdly,Combined with the above problems,this paper focuses on the optimization research of the performance appraisal system of the department management of PICC C branch.Through SWOT analysis,the article makes clear the company development strategy,combines the department post function,refined and perfect the appraisal index,breaks down the annual key work to the month,through the monthly process index appraisal,has the incentive and the restraint department management post staff to play the effective role.At the same time,the evaluation method and main body of the evaluation were further clarified,and a relatively perfect examination procedure,feedback procedure and effective means of application of the results were formulated.Fourthly,this paper summarizes the study of the department management post performance appraisal system of PICC C branch and draws conclusions and prospects.The innovation of this paper were two aspect.Firstly,it used the theory knowledge of performance appraisal to optimize the management post performance appraisal system of PICC C branch which is an attempt to combine theory with practice.Secondly,it takes the current performance appraisal system of the management post of the branch Department of people's insurance city C as the analysis material,and focuses on the optimization of the performance appraisal system of the management post staff of the department,which is representative in the same industry field,and can provide reference for other enterprises.
