Supply Chain Knowledge Flow Based On Knowledge Of Field Theory

With the development of economic and the refinement of Social division of labor, the supply chain has become one of the most important members in economic society. In the 21st century, the development of supply chain is short of driving power. Because factors of supply chain, such as logistics, finance flow and information flow etc, have been almost utilized sufficiently. Considering high transmit efficiency and low search cost, knowledge flow which had been neglected but existed in supply for a long time is recognized gradually for increasing corporation's benefit. At the same time, The idea of field became mature with the foundation of the theory of electromagnetic field in the middle of the nineteenth century. With the development of the theories of economy and management, especially that of organizational theory, a growing number of scholars began to notice that there exists the performance of effect of fields in the organizations. Therefore, they began to study on the idea of fields from different angles and in different domains. In the era of knowledge economy, the creation and share of knowledge plays an important role, and is the one of the conditions of the existence and development of knowledge society, so that more and more experts and scholars have already begun to emphasize the study of knowledge management. Since the 1990s, the theory of fields had begun to be introduced into the study of knowledge management and gradually came the concept of knowledge field. Field theory is an important method system of knowledge management, so this article will apply the knowledge field theory into the research of supply chain knowledge flow.On the base of the theory of knowledge management, knowledge flow and knowledge field, this article proceed from the theory and model of electric field, to show the formation and the impact factors of knowledge flow through that of electric current, based on this the concept of knowledge gap, knowledge resistance and knowledge flow power are proposed, finally built the knowledge flow model of supply chain based on knowledge field theory.Then, this article reference the thought of Knowledge Map 1.0 to use "keyword" as the knowledge element, use the Knowledge Map 1.0 to determine the amount of knowledge and then propose the method to calculate the knowledge gap between enterprises. We also use the method of questionnaire survey and factor analysis and the software of spss for statistical analysis so as to build the evaluation index system of resistance between enterprises, and then propose the method to calculate the knowledge resistance between enterprises. Enrich the knowledge flow model of supply chain based on knowledge field theory further more.Finally, the feasibility and accuracy of the calculations is proved by an example of calculating the knowledge flow and knowledge flow power. The process and result of the calculation is hopeful to increase knowledge flow and knowledge flow while reduce the knowledge resistance of supply chain.
