| With the refinement of Social division of labor and the development of science, the supply chain has become one of the members that is the most important in the economic society. In the new century, because of some factors likes logistics, economic flow and information flow of supply chain, the supply chain has been almost utilized sufficiently. Providing that high transmit efficiency and low search cost, knowledge flow that has been neglected but existed in supply for a long time is recognized gradually for increasing corporation's benefit. At the same time, The idea of field became mature with the foundation of the theory of electromagnetic field in the middle of the nineteenth century. Especially the organization, and with the development of the theories of economy and management, the number of scholars are growing and they have began to find that the existing of the performance of effect of fields in the organizations. Therefore, they began to study on the idea of fields from different angles and in different domains. In the era of knowledge economy, the creation and share of knowledge plays an important role, and is the one of the conditions of the existence and development of knowledge society, so that more and more experts and scholars have already begun to emphasize the study of knowledge management. Since the 1990s, the theory of fields had begun to be introduced into the study of knowledge management and gradually came the concept of knowledge field. Field theory is an important method system of knowledge management, so this article will apply the knowledge field theory into the research of supply chain knowledge flow.In this paper, the knowledge transfer in the supply chain is affected by three factors, which are the knowledge gap of different enterprises, the development level and the relative expected gross profit. By utilizing the knowledge of physics in the gravitational field, this paper successfully constructs the one-on-one knowledge transfer model, and unifies these three factors as a whole. This paper assumes that the knowledge transfer among supply chain enterprises meets the requirements of an unknown number of repeated game. Then this paper uses Crystal Ball 7 to simulate the factors that could affect the knowledge transfer process. We can get these conclusions:The higher the efficiency of knowledge transformation, the higher the likelihood of knowledge transfer, when the higher the opportunity cost, the higher the likelihood of knowledge transfer. Penalty cost can increase the presence of the possibility of knowledge transfer, but excessive penalty cost is not able to bring an additional profits. And in the process of knowledge transfer, changes in learning efficiency within a certain range will not affect cooperation tendency, thou this may lead to the instability in the basis for cooperation. At last in the changing external environment conditions, it is too difficult to predict the future, so that the tendency of people to cooperate is affected by the co-round because it is necessary to take some time to learn the established knowledge, and if it reaches the limit, the process of knowledge transfer may be more perfect. At last, with the method of SCOR and Attribute Hierachical Model, we successfully construct a model to appreciate the efficiency of knowledge flow between the enterprises in the same supply chain. |
