In order to survive in the fierce market competition and achieve lasting competitive advantage, the thinking of supply chain management gets more and more attention. The21st century is an era of knowledge-driven, knowledge is increasingly becoming an important factor that affects the overall operational efficiency of the supply chain. The formation of knowledge flow in supply chain through effective knowledge sharing between nodes enterprises becomes the key to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain. Therefore, the supply chain is a structure model that makes suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers until the end-user together into a whole functionally network through logistics, capital flow, information flow and knowledge flow. While, each of the supply chain members is no longer an independent unit of knowledge, but nodes in the knowledge network of the supply chain. However, in reality, supply chain partners often do not pay attention between to knowledge sharing and knowledge innovating, which is unfavorable to the formation of the competitive advantage and sustainable development in the long run. Therefore, the study of knowledge flow coordination will become the core of supply chain coordination theory.Firstly, select the elements of the supply chain to coordinate the knowledge flow and study the relationship between the various elements of the structure. Based on the existing theory, comprehensive theoretical framework and the connotation of supply chain knowledge flow system coordination were proposed. Combining the supply chain coordination theory and knowledge flow theory, factors affecting supply chain flow coordination were derived. To prospect the relationship structure between the influencing elements, using the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) to divide these various elements hierarchically. Combined with cross-impact matrix multiplication (MICMAC) to classify the various elements, finding their dependence and driving force distribution, in order to build a new coordination elements system of the knowledge flow and lay the foundation for seizing the focus of knowledge flow coordination better.Secondly, build the supply chain coordination system and optimize the path of knowledge flow coordination. Based on the study of factors’ structure division and classification, characteristics of knowledge flow coordination is given, the boundaries of knowledge flow coordinate system is defined as well. Using the "causal feedback" mechanism, a causal diagram and system flow diagram are built, which contain tripartite subsystems (manufacturers, retailers and their supply chain. Use the system dynamics model to simulate. By studying various coordination interaction between the elements and the laws of the system, optimize the coordinating path. Finally, optimize the coordinated strategy of the supply chain knowledge flow under the competitive environment. In summary review of the supply chain coordinate research and on the basis of the above study, build competitive model between supply chains. From the perspective of maximizing the overall value of the supply chain, discuss knowledge coordination strategy in supply chain using Stackelberg game theory. Through comparative analysis of the equilibrium solutions of supply chain coordination in three scenarios:having no knowledge flow coordination, hybrid scenario and coordinated scenario, we discover that, knowledge flow coordination make a significant to the overall value of the supply chain. According to the knowledge creation theory, optimize the knowledge flow coordination strategy.
