| There are quite a lot of them in the current freight forwarding market, therefore, being able to build a broad and efficient network systems for enterprises is very important in the brutal competitiveness of the market. For the freight forwarding enterprises, the network construction of freight forwarding agency enterprises to avoid competition convergence characteristics of services can provide an important foundation, which can effectively increase the profits of an enterprise in the long-run, improving the overall business operational efficiency. On one hand, freight forwarding company's network of development is possessing ground-breaking significance in theory. On the other hand it provides some practical significance for the real development of freight forwarding companies.This paper puts freight forwarding enterprise network in the center. First of all it analyze Chinese freight forwarding business networking process, summarizing the development of enterprises in the freight forwarding process of emerging issues; and then this paper call that the future development of Chinese freight forwarding enterprise network should be mainly in the direction of the following two facts:TPL, Strategic alliances. These should be the main ways and methods. Finally, the thesis made a number of new trends for the freight forwarding business development and rationally made some recommendations and comments.Mainly using qualitative analysis method, this paper made full use of their predecessors conclusions of the relative study, summing up the results of the corporate network of the various periods of scholars on the development of freight forwarding; at the same time, this paper also uses well-known cases of foreign and local enterprises in comparative study. In addition, in order to analyze our freight forwarding business network development process in-depth and propose approach to its development, this paper make full use of successful experience of some foreign companies and a mature practice. |
