SP company mainly produces RF antenna and other products.The product R&D management system has been established since 2004 and has been used until now.At present,this kind of management system has been unable to adapt to the future development of enterprises,product development has been negatively affected,and customer satisfaction has been reduced.In order to reverse the above adverse situation,SP company needs to optimize the project management process.This paper selects SP company as the research object to study the enterprise’s RF antenna product development organization structure.Firstly,we understand the development process of enterprises and the evolution of enterprise R&D management.The R&D management of enterprises has spanned several development periods,and the characteristics of each era are different.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of RF antenna product R&D management of SP company,and verifies it in the form of interview and investigation to explain the problems existing in new product R&D management.At present,there are many problems in the R&D and management of RF antenna products of SP company.These problems include: the high cost of R&D products,the lagging progress of R&D team,the lack of innovation ability of R&D team and the lack of modular development mode of products.Combined with the relevant theories of integrated product R&D system,this paper puts forward targeted solutions.This paper believes that the overall management team of product R&D can be established to control the cost budget.Supervise and urge the R&D team to realize modular development,and timely manage the progress of product development.This can effectively solve the above problems,further improve the overall management level of enterprise product R&D,help enterprises reduce costs as much as possible,seize more market share,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and ensure the smooth operation of enterprises.In addition,in order to ensure that the above optimization scheme can be implemented in place,this paper puts forward the guarantee policy of corresponding strategies.This paper chooses SP company as the research object to study the management process of enterprise RF antenna products.The research conclusion of this paper has practical and theoretical significance,and can also provide theoretical reference for similar problems of similar companies.
