| With the development of world economy, economic globalization is becoming more and more obvious.The-competition between enterprises has transferred from enterprise itself to enterprise's supply chain. Developed foreign enterprises have applied ERP software to help themselves win in the competition one after another.From the end of 1970s, MRP and MRPII theories are introduced into China, and Chinese have been keeping on studying it. Until now, ERP system has been applied into diverse industries and brought effect into the enterprise. Chinese Military Industry Enterprises (MIE) must promote their management level under this situation. XX is the first military industry enterprise that has implemented foreign big ERP software project. The essay will cite it as an example and deeply analysis the system design object and implementation situation and implementation difficulty phases.After the ERP software implementation of the XX MIE, it gets some promote but does not achieve the anticipation. We found that there are so many problems affecting the project objectives:for example, different levels in the company reject business process reengineering; original data is recorded in papers so that many data must been processed by hand and it is hard to guarantee the accuracy of data; diverse operations are not integrated. According to these situations, this essay analyses the underlying reasons that cause the problems and then provides an industry system solution: choosing the BPR priority according to the emergency level of the problems; focusing on the main module problems rather than on all the modules at one time; training the end users in terms of their responsibility.The essay analyzes the case combine the theory with practice, the conclusion is drawn from XX MIE, it is not only instructional and meaningful to enterprise ERP application, but also useful for reference to the alike enterprises. |
