The ERP Implementation Based On BPR For Maintek Computer Corporation

On this basis,considering the present status of enterprise management,it provide the way of ERP and BPR implementation.Finally,by taking ERP implementation of SuZhou Maintek computer corporation as an example,first,put forward the model of ERP implementation ,then,respectively compare the production,sales and purchasing process before BPR with the process after the reorganization,and using an instance data demonstrate the ERP implementation effect based on BPR.Hopefully,by researching the relationship and application of ERP and BPR,this article can really provide the help for these enterprise which are proceeding the management innovation,that is our expectation.
