Currently there is no scientific, the universal and comprehensive standard and guidance of the evaluation system of the ERP system implementation effect, and it has important meaning.This thesis mainly studies the implementation effect of ERP system, and the research object mainly focuses on the manufacturing enterprise. Combined with the mighty studies about the evaluation system of ERP at home and abroad, we establish a comparatively comprehensive evaluation index. We determine the importance of interaction of each index of the same level through expert scoring, and determine the proportion of each index through the expert scoring method, and determine the weight of each index, the qualitative index and the quantitative index through the Analytic hierarchy process method, and can fully make a proper and reasonable judgment. This thesis chooses some comparatively typical company, makes an investigation towards Jin Die Company and Gao Xin Company, and gets the rate in the ranks of being excellent, good, middle, bad, and classless after the implementation of the system of each index. We make an evaluation towards the implement effect through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and let enterprise assure the implement effect effectively. The author gets further improvement in the practice, constantly improves the implementation process and has a good guiding effect to the development of enterprise.
