By combining automatic test technology, virtual instrument technology and mixed bus technology, with PC and DAQ Card as the hardware platform, this paper realizes the test of electrical parameters of SSR (Solid State Relay) through LabVIEW programming. This scheme can break through many limitations of the method based traditional instrument in such aspects as real-time data processing, data storage and data display. This method is flexible, fast and low-priced. The test system structure, testing methods of some parameters are presented in detail. The experiment results show that the application of virtual instrument technology in test of electrical component parameters has wide application prospect.The main work and contributions of dissertation are summarized as follows:Firstly, put forward the test methods and designed the test circuits of electrical parameters of SSR after investigate the component principle of SSR, data acquisition and virtual instrument technology.Secondly, it was discussed in the dissertation that the structure and components of the test system based on PCI, USB and GPIB. In addition, we analyzed characteristics of every instrument of the test system.As key problems, we designed the test software and analyzed flow charts of important function modules, realization of general function modules and the interface methods between LabVIEW and other Windows applications.Finally, we discussed some anti-jamming solutions of the system. Then the test results were shown and analyzed in the dissertation.
