With the development of the collection of coal, on-site process control, and quality testing forecast in the coal washery,and gradually formed a large complex of coal data and related information.Backward, traditional management tools and management methods unable to cope with the requirement of modern quality management of the coal data and related information. Therefore, we need to implement quality management information technology. Standardization of coal quality management information, transferand systematization of information content is a trend of application information management system of coal industry.In this paper, we achieved coal quality information management system of coal washery of Shenhua Ningxia Group. This paper particularly described the functions of the coal washery, and coal data transfer process of all departments. Through the analysis of the system development and comparing many technology and network technology, B/S framework for the development of the network model, ORACLE database, UNIX systems and WEB user interface, was confirmed. The system was completed with JAVA, Dreamweaver and other development tools and development language. According to the principle of modular division and the need of the actual situation in coal washery, the system was divided,at the same time, the design process of modules was described particularly. We established a system of coal quality database and system security, achieved operating data, at different levels of network sharing and system protection,and detailed implementation process with the code.The practice proved that the B/S framework, UNIX server system, database and WEB operating system, had many advantage such as stable, friend and fast. The use of structured development model greatly shorten the development cycle, improved the efficiency and reduced the costs Using WEB browser, easied to learn to understand and reduced the learning time. Number of system protection measures ensured the system security operation.
