Design And Implementation Of Coal Inspection Management System

At present, specifically for coal inspection business information system is not perfect,the standard inspection process design and quality control is still not perfect. In order toachieve the information management and quality control of coal inspection process, thisthesis presents the design and implementation of a management system of coal inspection.Firstly, based on the current situation of domestic and foreign coal inspectionbusiness management informationization, the existing problems of coal inspectionindustry information are analyzed. The coal inspection business is divided into inspection,sampling, sample preparation, testing, certificate combination, certificate making, billingand other sectors. Moreover, quality control is imposed in some key parts. According tothe content of each part of the system, a detailed design is given, the design goals anddesign methods of the system are investigated.Secondly, based on each process with coal inspection business, the overall designscheme of the coal inspection management systems is presented, the overall functionalityof the system is planned, the overall business rules and data relation are determined, thefunction modules of the system are clarified.Thirdly, based on the requirement analysis, the database of the system is constructed.For the design of the coal inspection management system, each function module is givenin detail.Finally, based on the C/S development mode, using PowerBuilder developmentlanguage and Oracle database, functions of inspection, sampling, sample preparation,testing, quality control, make certificate, billing, aid decision making in the coalinspection process are implemented.This system is applied to Coal Inspection Technique Center of QinhuangdaoEntry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The system operates stable and well asexpected.
