However, most of the presently assistant software difficult to use, therefore, we decided to establish software method to use easily, while well in computer assistant design of biochemical process.By comparing and chosing about presently assistant software,we have used SketchUp drawing master, a architectural design software, in field of biochemical process design. Sketchup was a software of solid figure design software for building, but owing to it is easy and intuitionistic to make solid model, so that it is widely used in many ways. In the biochemical process flow mapping, it has advantage in the figure design,you can drawing only use a mouse, and it is capable of making the three-dimensional model for a variety of biochemical equipment. by shape distortion.Through analysis with bio-chemical process and some common bio-chemical engineering device structure and function, and explore the three-dimensional component library about all kinds equipment and facilities in the biochemical factory, and the establish the method of the component assembly and rapid three-dimensional maping. We can rapidly build the three-dimensional simulation effect diagram of sewage treatment works in the base of the component library, effectively reducing the difficulty and complexity about biochemical design, making designers convenient and greatly improving the design speed.
