Research On A Computer Aided Flow Process Analysis System

Work study made a great contribution to the fast development of the developed countries in the 20th century. With the swift development of economy and information technology, how to combine the theory and technique of work study with information technology to better serve corporations in operation and management is, without fail, the new development canto for work study in the 21 st century.The theory and technique of flow process analysis is becoming mature increasingly as a technique and instrument of process analyses of work study. The combination of the theory and technique of flow process analysis and the advanced information will greatly increase the popularization and application of the theory and method of flow process analysis, decrease the cycle of flow process analysis in corporations, and increase work efficiency of process analysis and the economic benefit of corporations.On above viewpoints and the analysis of the problems of manufacturing in flow process in our country, this article brought forward the necessity to design and develop computer aided flow process analysis system. Traditional flow process analysis depends on handwork, this leads to the low efficiency of flow process analysis, and also decrease the application and popularization of the technique of flow process analysis in corporations .This article aimed to design a flow process analysis system computer aided, with it the researcher of flow process analysis can input the information of flows convenient, and the system can output flow process charts based on the information input. The researcher of flow process analysis accomplishes the analysis, improvement and optimization of flow process, and the system can also output appraisable reports.This article did the system analysis and design with structural methods on the basis of the previous research. This article included the following contents:1.First this article analyzed the contradiction between the request of information of our country and the actuality of the applications of flow process analysis in our country, illuminated the actuality of the application of flow process analysis computer aided, then brought forward the significance of this article, illuminated the theory and technique about process analysis, then analyzed the actuality of our country manufacturing, faced challenge and existing problems, then illuminated the necessity to design and develop such a system.2. The design of system functional module: this article particular designed and illuminated flow information input subsystem, flow analyses and design subsystem, illuminated the function of the subsystem via setting up functional module. This article brought forth the description embedded of the design and illumination via data flow diagrams of each subsystem, mainly including the descriptions of the functions, the input datum, output datum, and the logic dealt with, data flow diagram and so on.3. The design of database: the database of CAFPAS included two stages. First this article set up the conceptual module of database, defined attributes of the entities and portrayed the ER diagram of flow input subsystem. Then this article transformed the conceptual module to logic module, structured the relations, and defined each fields, each keys, and restrictions.4. User interface design, is a feature of this article, it must be convenient when the data input.
