Small And Medium-sized Process Industry Enterprise Erp System Design And Method Improvements

With the development and application of information technology, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has been widely used in large enterprise. But ERP system is generally designed according to the specialize of each enterprise, the contents of the implement ERP are many, the design development period is longer, the investment is greatly, as a result, ERP is expanded slowly in medium and small enterprise. On the foundation of analyzing the characteristics of the raw material, techniques and production management etc. of the medium and small scaled process industry, a part operation solution for medium and small scaled process industry is put forward. The structure of ERP system must be retractility, universal and transportability, base on the analysis of four kinds of structure of application program (C/S, B/S, classical three-tier and distributed structure based on Web), it was referred that distributed hybrid structures based on Web are adopted according to the different application requirement within the Microsoft .NET framework.ERP system has its own characteristics, on the one hand, there are a lot of master-detail tables in the design of database, on the other hand, the modification of database field occupy the large part of modification of data in the design of application program. So, the traditional E-R design pattern is improved, "Master-Detail-table-Fields" (MDF) method is adopted. The traditional E-R diagram is simplified as "E-R diagram of master-detail table" and traditional data flow diagram(DFD diagram) is changed as "field data flow diagram" , with this method, the rate of design and develop is accelerated.
