Research On Automatic Control System Of Gengjing Waterwork Based On Plc

Gengjing waterwork of Shengli oilfield has the lagrest water treatment ability in Shengli oilfield.It is also the main water supply of Xicheng District.Along with the improvement in the quality of people's lives, water quality requirements are getting higher and higher. The original purification processes of water purification station can not meet requirements of high water-quality. So it has an urgent need to develop an automatic monitoring system of water-treatment.This paper uses auto-monitoring system based on industrial automation configuration software and Programmerable Logic Controller (PLC).Industrial automation configuration software uses Wonderware Intouch9.5. Programmerable Logic Controller (PLC) uses SIEMENS S7-300 PLC.And exploits communication program of Kingview and PLC. Combining sensor technology,carries out this modern computer monitoring system.This system has signal acquisition,history lines,Real-time alarm and other functions.Used in Gengjing waterwork of Shengli oilfield,it turns out to have perfect system fuctions and reliability service.So it reached the design requirements of the subject and acquired better effects.
