With the popularity of smart mobile phone and upgrading of communication network, the telecommunications industry has been rapid development and communication network is more and more big scale. Communication computer room is the place to manage data communication centrally. It makes the number of communication computer room also increased dramatically. So is the power consumption which used to keep the balance of the room temperature and humidity. Energy saving problem of communication room is widely concerned by operators.This thesis studies and designs the communication computer room energy saving monitor system structure, function, software and hardware implementation scheme. The structure of the system consists of three parts, the embedded system, PC monitor system and the cloud server system for remote access. The embedded system is a distributed system based on the 485 bus, which is used to acquire temperature and humidity values of the computer room and outdoor temperature. When the indoor temperature is higher than the outdoor temperature can reduce the indoor temperature by introducing outdoor air way, to achieve the purpose of energy saving. PC monitor software is used to show the user intuitive computer room temperature and humidity value and the status of the electrical equipment used to control the temperature and humidity, providing the curve of temperature and humidity display, real time status display, history query and other functions. And the temperature and humidity information are uploaded to the cloud server by the PC monitoring software, storing the data on a remote server. The cloud server provides remote access channel to the user. The user can view the environment parameters about the computer room via phone, panel computeror PC. When the user views the cloud server data, the server uses the web form to display to him. Omitted from the terminal of the operating system and do not need to develop different application software. After the completion of the overall system design and debugging, the thesis simulation experiments were compared before and after the room temperature and humidity control, experiments show a certain energy-saving effect.
