The article researched modern acoustic theory of beer bottle leakage on-line inspection technology and basic theories of signal analysis, designed the circuit of the inspection system, It also designed inspection system interface, data acquisition module, process analyst concretely, with the help of diagrammatic programming language LabVIEW. In this on-line inspection system. The powerful information processing ability of LabVIEW played a significant role.In the hardware system, electromagnetic impulse excitation knocks on the bottle cap to make it vibrate. The high precision industrial microphone gets the acoustical signal which reflected by the cap. The signal is sent into upper computer after being amplified and filtered by the conditioning circuit. The software which is a virtual testing system compiled by LabVIEW can do frequency analysis and processe to the signal. It can shows the waveforms in real time, and judge the quality of products according to the spectrum signature and power spectrum density. Once the system inspects off-specification product, it will start rejecting device to reject it before it enters the next production process.It has important meaning to study the a suite of beer bottle leakage on-line inspecting equipment which can make a mark of the social benefit and economic benefit.
