The civil air defense alarm system, as an important part of civil air defense, is used to send anti-aircraft alarm signals and transfer various air attack information to the popedom in times of war. It is also used to accomplish the prescriptive test-ring task at the peacetime. With the rapid development of the embedded technology and communication technology, the civil air defense transmit and control techniques also develop continuously to adapt to the need of wartime and peacetime in the future.In the dissertation, the information-interactive civil air defense terminal controller is designed based on the previous interactive civil air defense alarm system. The main functions of the controller are to receive the alarm command from the control center, to drive the electric alarm or electro-acoustic alarm, to gather the field alarm information (including the revolution of electric machines, three-phased parameters of electric machines, and field sound acquisition), to process, store and send back the information.This paper deals with the design of civil air defense alarm control terminal and analyzes some schemes, and the design of hardware system is realized after the final scheme is decided. The system chooses the Samsung S3C2410A based on ARM920T as the microprocessor. The design of some corresponding peripheral circuits is finished, including memory, USB interface, serial port, SD card interface, internet interface, audio interface, and relay control circuit, etc. A redundancy unit is also designed to monitor the status of master control unit. When the master control unit is halted, it can reset the master control unit, and even take over some functions of the master control unit, when necessary. Its microcontroller is MSP430F149 from TI. As to communication, the special wireless communication network is created based on the SA68D21 wireless data communication module from JAMMY Company. The design of software mainly includes the driver of the stream interface, input and output of the acoustic frequency, the measurement of the revolution of electric motors and three-phased electrical parameters. The software design of the master control unit, is based on the embedded operation system Windows CE.net 5.0, and realized by using the Visual Basic 2005 language, and the redundancy unit is realized by using C language.
