With the development and popularization of digital TV, just watching TV has alreadycan’t satisfy people’s needs, but also in the trend of "triple play",China Unicom&ChinaTelecom’s IPTV has been quietly into the market, so, in order to seek the development ofradio and television, to occupy the market, we need to launch diversified business.interactive TV with its powerful interaction and abundant functional, has beenbroadcasting as an important weapon against IPTV. Based on the analysis of thedevelopment environment of market and the demand of people, the interactive TV systemdesign, mainly on the following aspects:First, analyzed the design principle of interactive TV system, the system shouldfollow the standard, openness, security and scalability of these principles, but also to meetthe industry standards. Interactive TV system in this paper is based on the ISA architecture,the control protocol of HTTP, RTSP and DSM-CC. In addition, in order to make theInteractive TV platform has good interoperability, the platform provides an open interface.Then, the design of interactive TV architecture, the interactive TV system is based onhybrid fiber-coaxial network, are respectively composed of a front end system,transmission system and terminal system, wherein the front end platform into the businesssupport layer, service layer and business control layer. And the use of existing resourcesand, in combination with the HLS chip technology and Wi-Fi technology, the design of thecoding and transmission scheme for mobile Phone interactive TV. During the realizationof the function, the design of the five platform interactive TV system, respectively is thecontent of the integrated management platform, charging management platform, productmanagement platform, multi service engine platform, multi service portal platform, eachplatform can be flexibly deployed according to the function demand and expand thebusiness.Finally, the design of the redundant access authentication and video server terminalset-top box deployment. In this paper, the authentication process of login authentication,access authentication channel list, on-demand authentication are all elaborated, authentication single sign on the most advanced technologies are used, greatly improvesthe safety and convenience. In the server deployment, the streaming server and storageserver was distributed and redundant deployment, when a failure occurs, you can achieveseamless handoff, do a lot of guarantee for the normal operation of the interactive TVsystem.
