Research And Implementation Of The Key Techniques In The Telecommunication Concentrative Alarm System

Telecommunication network is not an isolated network, the relations among these networks are very complex. How to strengthen the management of the network and to supply the knight service are the problems that the operators must face and solve. Building a telecommunication concentrative alarm system is the key resolvent of those problems.This paper refers to the analytical method of alarm events relevance and the capability of the system processing and the standard of the alarm collection's interface according to the build of concentrative alarm system of Hunan telecommunication. And based these researches, the concentrative alarm system of telecommunication of Hunan Province is designed and actualized.In this paper, a analytical method that is based on the combination of well-regulated enablers and cases illations is contrived. And in the process of actualization, the system use the alarm card to help judging and processing for supplying the gap of the above method.One technique of memory datebase is adopted because the alarm system's large number of date and the requirement of the real-time. This paper introduces the memory datebase's defination, structure of organization, structrue of storage and its resume mechanism. Adopting the method that is memory datebase combined with the traditional datebase does not just enhance the system's process capability,but also meet the requirement of the dates.Alarm collection's interfaces are at the bottom of the whole system.And the element of the interfaces , the main using mode and the common standard are researched and analysed in the paper.Then,the interfaces' situation of the current network management of Hunan Province is realized and the most appropriate implementing way is chosen.Finally, the concentrative alarm system of Hunan telecommunication is designed and actualized, and the system now is running in good order.
