Our country is building the Enterprise Information System too, it is problems how to develop an Enterprise Information System at present. Our previous enterprise information systems is the construction of various departments within the enterprise demand for the development of an independent design, because they was not be unification layout, system design, it made software system occurred many questions that operation logic was developed repeatly, and user information was not consistent, and it existed login phenomena in different points, and data access difficulty each other and so on. It resulted in resource, information isolation, and was not able to suffice requirement of enterprise system, such as data access each other, information share, centralize administer.This paper first describes the source background and significance of the issue. The second part analyzes the current application of enterprise information systems then summed up the problems and bottlenecks in enterprise information systems. For example, the enterprise scattered all software development by independent from each other. These problems has become the bottleneck of the new system; then summed up the future development trend of enterprise information system. The third part of the paper show the enterprise information system building in the planning process as well as the issue, which is planning should pay attention to the various issues. The fourth part taking Tsingtao Triple Master Steel & Plastic Company enterprise information system as an example.
