In the practice of public payment business, one transaction is usually composed of several sub-transactions which depend on another one by one. This article designs an unique processing flow. It creates the fixtrans table and configures transaction code and transaction sequence and weather-to-reversal factors. The program can process similar transactions with unitive flow. This article described the system structure and mode function design. It gave certain developing details of some main modules. Besides, It introduced the parameter configuration,database structure,Operation terminal and settlement system. At last it gives the examples for the system.
