Payment is an important function in commodity circulation. It providescustomers with convenient and security payment functions which could helpenterprises to speed up capital return, provide more timely service, increase sales andreduce the cost. While the call center loads the IVR voice payment functions, it mayfurther enhance the functionality of the call center, and will benefit to the enterprisefrom the traditional sales mode which takes the customer as the center of the salesway for the center with product.
