IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) makes the service layer and control layer isolated on the basis of soft-switching, making it quite flexible to deploy new services quickly. It has become one of the most important measures to improve network servicing abilities and competitiveness. IMS takes advantage of merging the mobile and fixed telecommunication network, besides, it's quite excellent to provide the multimedia service ability, which makes it quite fitted for both mobile users and the fixed, what's more, it can realize the integrated virtual communication network (IVCN), enhancing the power of operators to deploy full service. This paper studies the IMS technology and the IVCN service features, and brings out a new IVCN service deployment solution based on the IMS technology according the value innovation, meanwhile, this paper studies the schedule of the corresponding operating and supporting system.Firstly, we make a brief introduction of IMS and the protocol stack, analyzing the details of process of signaling in IMS network and pointing out the advantage of IMS to deploy the integrated virtual network service.Then comes to the major part of this paper, we studied the technology solution of how to deploy the IVCN based on the IMS. By analyzing the features of IMS and IVCN, this paper brings out the development solution and the procedure of communication, and gives a description on the related network entities. In this part, we also show how to configure the access network layer entities and how to test the outcome according different access ways of PBX.Thirdly, this paper introduces the schedule of the operating and supporting system to the IVCN, including the support before sale, development on sale and the acceptance after development. This paper also demonstrates the major procedure and the key performance index.The essence of this paper lies in the innovation of the deployment of IVCN. The solution raised in this paper solves a series of problems in current telecommunication network, such as:1) network deployment solution; 2) the configuration and the test on different ways of accessing PBX; 3) studying and constructing the operating and supporting system and key performance index.
