The Design And Development Of Telecom Operating Supporting System

Nowadays, many telecom operators are facing to all kinds of challenges and opportunities. With the competition getting fierce, customer service being improved, consumers and business getting more and more, the business information and management system are required to be more effective and complex. How to integrate the different business information to make it as a powerful system is the most important thing to do. So the Telecom Operating Supporting System is an effective way to solve this problem.The dissertation is base on a system which is a telecom operating supporting system the author had been joined, designs and develops a system. It uses the user case method to analyze different users'requirements. According to the system requirement, adapting obtain object analyze and design principle, start it from the or-chart design style, and finally complete the whole functions and interfaces. This Telecom Operating Supporting System is base on ASP.NET development environment and SQL SERVER2005 database. It also includes Web Service, XML, and Ajax. Each modules and functions will be described in this dissertation in the coming parties. As an integration System, it process many transactions, eg: feasible network study, service fulfillment, service assurance, planned maintenance, network resource & platform management and performance reporting and analyze etc. The system will help the operator to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, enhance service fulfillment efficiency and benefit, cost saving and profile increasing.
